What should I expect as a 1:1 coaching client?
I work closely with 1:1 clients throughout each week. I have a formal check-in every Monday and a quick check-in on Thursday. I’m also available anytime they need me throughout the week. 1:1 clients work not just on nutrition, but mindset and troubleshooting obstacles that come their way. I will adjust their nutrition as needed and teach them how to not just lose weight but maintain their results too.
What type of nutrition clients do you take?

I work with women who have various goals. I work with women who would like to lose fat without having to give up the foods they love or changing their entire lifestyle around their goals. I also teach women how to reverse their calories to a higher level and then learn to maintain their current weight loss goals. Last but not least, I love helping women learn how to fuel their bodies for their workouts and building muscle. Each client is different and I can customize each plan to fit the needs and desires of each individual.

What if I am expecting or trying to conceive ?
Nutrition is important at any stage in life. I am happy to customize a plan that will work for your needs both now and after the baby too.
Is there a time commitment for 1:1 clients?

1:1 clients are month to month. With this said, I do recommend a minimum of 3-6 months. This allows us to work closely through several phases of either weight loss, maintenance, muscle building, nutrition habits, and daily life events that can throw us off track.

Can I sign up for 1:1 coaching at any time during the month?
Yes you can !
What makes your coaching different from other nutrition coaches?
My goal is to help women reach their goals while living a balanced life. I want them to find food freedom while learning tools so they can not just reach their goals but keep their results. I keep my coaching client numbers to a minimum so I can add as much value as possible to each client. I want to make sure your experience is top notch and personable.
What if I have dietary restrictions or food restrictions?
I’m happy to work with you through any restrictions you have.

Jennifer Horner

I’m a loving wife and mom to three children…oh and a shih tzu dog that is the sweetest! I’ve lived in North Carolina my entire life and absolutely love it here! From an early age nutrition, fitness and living a healthy lifestyle has been a passion of mine. I started working in the nutrition space in 2003 and truly haven’t stopped learning about nutrition since. In 2022 I became a certified nutritionist through Precision Nutrition. I now have a broader knowledge and understanding of nutrition.  It is my passion to help women find the needed balance and food freedom so they can not only reach their goals, but sustain their results while living their best life.
