I’m a loving wife and mom to three children…oh and a shih tzu dog that is the sweetest! I’ve lived in North Carolina my entire life and absolutely love it here! From an early age nutrition, fitness and living a healthy lifestyle has been a passion of mine. I started working in the nutrition space in 2003 and truly haven’t stopped learning about nutrition since. In 2022 I became a certified nutritionist through Precision Nutrition. I now have a broader knowledge and understanding of nutrition.
